CONSENT

I consent to the processing of my personal data (indicated below) by El Chutney sp.z o.o. based in Kraków, KRS No. 0000869332 NIP 6793208269 REGON 387511344 (El Chatney sp.z o.o.). and by entities related by capital and organization and legal successors of the administrator and these entities for the purpose of preliminary analysis of the case and presenting an offer or developing and answering the question and for the purpose of concluding a contract.

For this purpose, I consent to the collection, processing and use of the following data:

I consent to the transfer of my data to countries outside the EEA and I am aware that this may involve a risk of data leakage.

Personal data is stored only for the period necessary to achieve the objectives arising from the above provisions and the law. j. but no longer than until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims resulting from the actions taken or the obligation resulting from the law.
